At Bioracer, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction; if your high-performance cycling gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the technical fabrics remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
